pc I professional systems offer ongoing training and a live support desk from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday with after hours help also available. In addition, two customer conferences are held each year to discuss new software, changes in the industry, and specific enhancements to the software.

Enhancement Request Form
We always welcome enhancment requests from our customers. Your feedback and requests have helped to keep pc I professional systems, inc. innovative and efficient. If you have an enhancement request or a problem to report, please take the time to complete this online enhancement request form and submit it to us.

Hardware Configuration Form
In order for us to better serve you, we ask that you complete and submit a hardware configuration form anytime that you change your hardware configuration. (Note: Any hardware that comes through the pc I office is automatically recorded in your file; therefore, such changes do not need to be reported.)

Pharmacy Phone Number and Zip Code Change Form
Area codes, telephone prefixes and ZIP codes are sometimes changed. The simple changing of these few digits can, however, cause some delays in customer service. In order to avoid such delays, please help us maintain current information on your pharmacy by completing this form and submitting it to pc I. These changes also need to be made to your pharmacy system through System Tailoring General. Other changes to your address will require modifications to your system file--contact pc I support for assistance.
